Ingredients:
- Buitoni Alfredo Sauce
- Thin spaghetti noodles (how ever many servings you need)
- Shrimp and scallops (or what ever seafood you prefer)
- Cajun seasoning (optional)
- Cook the noodles.
- While the noodles are cooking, place your seafood on a towel to get rid of the excess water. (I sprinkle mine with Cajun seasoning). Heat a pan sprayed with extra virgin olive oil, and cook the seafood until done.
- Place the alfredo sauce in a microwave safe bowl ,microwave until warm/hot.
- Drain the noodles, place in a bowl and top with the seafood and alfredo sauce...voila, you are done and it is delicious!! So easy, a nice restaurant meal at home for a fraction of the cost and you control the portion and calories!!
